This is an elegant a la carte restaurant, whose menu is changed with the seasons and is based on regional products of the highest quality. Its specialty is modern Polish cuisine - the traditional taste of dishes, given in a new, intriguing way. Our team of chefs are people with a passion for cooking, guided by a return to natural flavours and values. Old recipes are revived, using modern processing methods (sous vide) so that the flavours of dishes are more expressive.
Our specialty is beef sirloin tartare, which took the first place in the votes of Głos Wielkopolski for "The best tatar in Wielkopolska" and steaks on lava stone, honored on culinary forums and blogs. We want our restaurant to be a place where every guest can indulge in a moment of reflection, during a meal together and forget about the rushing world for a moment.
