Personal data is processed for the purpose of booking accommodation.
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to provide the service.
Additionally, once the guest has given their consent, their personal data will be processed for marketing purposes within the scope of the consent given. Your data may also be subject to profiling within the scope of your consent.
The data collected for the purposes of providing hotel services will be processed for the period specified in the provisions of law, and in the case of data collected on the basis of consent - until its revocation.
The data obtained from the monitoring are deleted after maximum 14 days from the date of their registration.
You have the right to access and rectify your personal data, the right to data portability and the right to receive a copy of the personal data processed by the hotel. In addition, the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, to request restriction of their processing, erasure, and the right to be forgotten in the case of processing of personal data for marketing purposes.
Your data may be shared or transferred to the following categories of recipients:
- transportation and taxi companies in case of ordering transportation or courier service for the guest;
- companies providing IT support services for the hotel;
- employees employed by the Administrator persons employed under a civil law contract on the basis of a personal data processing authorisation granted.
In case of stating that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO).

By signing the Guest Card I accept the hotel regulations. Regulations are available at the reception desk.
